All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, and website content at any time without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors relating to pricing, descriptions, or images may occasionally occur, and Vibelle Jewellery reserves the right to correct such errors.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. Vibelle Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Vibelle Jewellery will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or courier-related delays beyond our control.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery sales are final unless an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 7 (seven) days of delivery together with supporting photographs and order details.

All website content, including logos, images, designs, and branding, remains the property of Vibelle Jewellery and may not be copied or used without permission.
